ABC-7 First Alert: Winds get strong again Thursday

Strong winds will be cranking up again across the Borderland. The winds will be strongest Thursday as gusts from the SW will hit 45 mph. There will likely be some light-blowing dust and sand picked up by the winds.

Cooler air filters in behind the front for Friday. Highs will drop to the mid and upper 60's.
