El Paso, Texas --- Cold start this morning. Much of the borderland region woke up to freezing temperatures. But windchill made it feel like we were in the teens! Tracking sunny and dry conditions for today. We will be topping off in the lower 40s for both Las Cruces and El Paso. Winds on the breezy category 15-20 MPH for El Paso. Overnight lows will be in the 20s. Staying dry and sunny for the first half of the week.
