ABC-7 First Alert; Windy & Cloudy

El Paso, Texas-- Started the morning mild in El Paso with temps in the 60s and mostly cloudy skies. We have issued an ABC-7 First Alert for today, because of gusty winds. We are expecting wind gusts of up to 40 MPH for areas around the borderland. Monday is expected to be windy with a slight chance of rain. Tuesday looks to be like our best day to see any moisture move into the region. A cold front will also arrive and drop our temperatures to the 50s.
