Record heat, then colder and windy

Temps will hit record highs Thursday with temps in the mid 80's then gradually cool over the weekend and early next week. A cold front will arrive Sunday and Monday bringing that colder air and shoving it eastward.

Temps by early next week expected in the 60's Monday and 50's Tuesday with slight rain chances.
