Low-end winds continue; some rain chances

Wind gusts will hit around 30 mph for Tuesday and Wednesday out of the SW/W. Some rain chances develop just north of Las Cruces and head SE. Perhaps Las Cruces could see some light rain during the afternoon with rain chances at 10%. El Paso should not see any rain.

Temps will heat up to around the low to mid 90's through the week with rain chances up a bit for the weekend.
