Heavy rain pounds parts of El Paso county

Horizon City, Agua Dulce and Fabens get hit with some moderate to heavy rain today as slow-moving storms made their way to the SW. No reports of hail but some flooding was reported in parts of town along with some gusty winds.

Storm threat will continue for the rest of this week as temperatures stay in the low to mid-90s'.
