ABC-7 First Alert: Rain, wind, and cooler air heading our way

Wind will pick up across the area Thursday afternoon with gusts around 35 mph. The winds are likely to get stronger Friday morning with gusts around 45 mph. Along with the winds, a slug of moisture pushes east Friday morning bringing some light to perhaps moderate rain in spots.

Cooler air arrives behind the front Friday leaving temps in the lower 60s - with 50s for Saturday.
