ABC-7 StormTrack Weather: Tracking near record-highs in the Borderland, highs up to 104

Your ABC-7 StormTrack Weather team is tracking another heat wave in the Borderland. We may flirt with record-highs with highs ranging from 101 to 105. The hottest days will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday!

It may slightly cool down as the Borderland may see returning rain chances!

A upper-level high pressure system continues to build over the Desert Southwest which is minimizing our rain chances and increasing our daily highs in the Borderland. It will remain over the region for the next several days. After Thursday, this high pressure system will drift to the west into Eastern Arizona which may bring a very slight chance of rain to the area. As of right now, the highest chances will be in the mountains over the weekend.
