EL PASO, Texas -- El Paso's new District Attorney was appointed Wednesday and right away he answered questions about the plans for the D.A.'s office.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott named Hicks as the new D.A. He replaces Yvonne Rosales, who resigned after two years in office.
