ABC-7 First Alert: Gusty winds and wind chills tonight

It will be and feel very cold tonight and Thursday while the winds slowly begin to diminish. Wind chills and the colder air behind the Wednesday morning cold front will beg for heavier jackets. The winds should drop below 40 mph gusts shortly after sunset and continue to gradually weaken. Overnight low temperatures will drop to the low and mid 20's.

Thursday will be sunny with much less wind. Northerly winds will only gust to about 20 mph. Temps only climb to the mid 40's.

Saturday morning could see a slight chance for light snow (no accumulation at this point) followed by a warmer afternoon.
