ABC-7 First Alert: Dangerously hot through the weekend

The ABC-7 First Alert remains in effect for the hot temperatures for the rest of the week and this weekend. High temperatures of 100 to 107 are likely each afternoon.

Hot temperatures are expected Saturday and Sunday, with much of the area potentially seeing triple digits.

Even hotter temperatures will be possible early next week. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and check on your family, friends, and the elderly.
