StormTrack Weather: Another triple-digit day, cooler temperatures this weekend
El Paso hit a high of 106 degrees Thursday making it the 42nd triple-digit day in a row.
Temperatures will be slightly cooler Saturday through early next week.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are again expected over the Gila region, with isolated storms going east into the Sacramento Mountains and south into the bootheel of New Mexico.
