Geyser In Upper Valley Result Of 8/1 Storms

EL PASO, TX. — Road crews work through the night to determine how to stop the flow of water that’s been shooting up nearthe railroad tracks running alongside Doniphan Drive.

Road crews have told ABC 7 the water pressure has lessened since last night, though the flow was still significant as of Wednesday morning.

Standing water is being reported for a stretch of two miles around the would-be geyser. It has flooded some lawns in the neighborhood, and more hazards may develop further rainshowers develop as of Wednesday afternoon.
