Happy Feet Project delivered shoes to kids in east El Paso
El Paso, TX (KVIA)- The Happy Feet Project delivered new pairs of shoes to some students at Red Sands Elementary, Frank Macias Elementary and Carroll T. Welch Elementary. The students were selected by Mr. Oaxaca and the El Paso Rotary Club to receive a donation of new pairs of shoes.
