Anthony police held annual event “Operation Santa drop”
ANTHONY, Texas (KVIA) -- The Anthony police department continued their yearly holiday tradition of giving toys to elementary school students with its event "Operation Santa drop".
The event happened at 1 p.m. at the Anthony Texas high school football field. Santa arrived from the sky in a helicopter and delivered toys to the kids of Anthony elementary school. The students were pointing at the sky as Santa waved and smiled before landing.
He greeted the children and then everyone got in line to meet him and receive a toy.
