School Burglary Investigation Nets 5 Teen Arrests

El PASO — Local police have arrested five teenagers for allegedly burglarizing a school.

Police responded to a break-in late Saturday night at Desert View Middle School, 1641 Billie Marie,and arrested three of the teenagers as they were running away with laptop computers, investigators said.

The suspectsare identified as follows:

Adrian Labrado, 18, of the 11,800 block of Frank Shorter Jose Marco, 19, of the 12,400block of Paseo Alegre Jesus Francisco Yamaguchi, 18,of the 1600 block of Dick Mayers David Fernandez, 17, of the 1700 block of Ritz Christian Felix, 17,of the 3000 block of Latares

Yamaguchi and Felix avoided the officers, but police arrested them at their homes early Sunday morning, investigators said.

All five suspects have been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and robbery of a building, authorities said.
