Texas May Help Decide Presidential Nominations
EL PASO — Texas is part of the big picture for Democratic delegates for president, as voters go to the polls today.
VotingTuesday in El Paso county has been steady, with many people saying they areexcited about going through the process.
“It’s an exciting event. Either way you go, you’ve got a tremendous female contender and an African-American male. Either way, you’re making history,” said Anna Dominguez, after she had cast her ballot.
“Clinton’s a woman and Obama’s African-American, but she’s already been in the White House,” said Rudy Sanchez, who supports Obama.
