Early Westside Crash Leaves One Man Dead
EL PASO — A car wreck on the El Paso’s westside leaves a man dead early Saturday morning.
Police investigators said 24-year-old Paul Norris was driving his 2006 Honda Civic north on Redd Road at around 3 a.m.
They said Norris approached the intersection of Redd Rd and Bear Ridge at a high rate of speed.
Norris lost control of the vehicle and hit a rock wall near the road, causing the car to roll over onto its roof.
Norris was wearing his seat belt, but due to the high rate of speed, died on the scene from his injuries.
