Two Injured In Early-Morning Crashes

EL PASO–A man is in the hospital after a serious car wreck overnight.

Investigators say the wreck happened shortly before two a.m. at the intersection of Alameda and Fortaleza.

Sheriff’s deputies say a man lost control of the car he was driving, rolled over and was ejected from the vehicle.

Life ambulance tells ABC-7 the man’s injuries are serious, but that he is in stable condition.

Also overnight, rescue crews had to use the jaws of life to save a man near the intersection of U.S. 54 and Fred Wilson.

Investigators say a driver lost control of his car and then rolled over. The car was completely crushed and police believespeed was a factor.

Rescue crews say the man broke his leg but seems to be in stable condition.
