UPDATE: Power Restored To Sections Of East El Paso
EL PASO, Texas – A power outage Wednesday just before noon in east El Paso caused some major traffic prombes. According to officials, traffic lights at Lomaland and North Loop, Carolina and North Loop, Yarbrough and North Loop and Gateway West and Yarbrough were out for a short time.
Two thousand customers were also affected. Crews restored power around 12:30 p.m.
Officials said a broken tree branch fell on a power line and caused the outage.
