Blowing Dust Causing Road Closure In New Mexico
EL PASO, Texas – Officials shut down NM 11 between Deming and Columbus Wednesday afternoon because of blowing dust and low visibility.
All of southern New Mexico and far west Texas is under a wind advisory until 9 p.m.
