El Paso Police investigating unknown problem in south-central neighborhood

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso police have blocked off part of a south-central neighborhood as they investigate an unknown problem.

Police units responded to the 3300 block of E. San Antonio Ave.

They say the call came in at 1:30 a.m. Monday.
