Update: One Person Dead After Crash In Anthony Gap
Dona Ana County Sheriff’s officials said one person is dead after a crash on Highway 404 (Anthony Gap) Saturday afternoon.
Officials also said one person was airlifted to University Medical Center.
Deputies on the scene told an ABC-7 crew the crash involved three vehicles, including a pick-up truck.
On Sunday, New Mexico State Police officials identified the teenager who was killed in the crash as Samuel Kinch, 19, of Chaparral.
A medical investigator pronounced Kinch dead at the scene.
Officials have not yet released the cause of the crash.
