Update: Police Investigate Body Found Tuesday As Homicide
The El Paso Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons (CAP) is investigating the city’s 11th homicide of the year.
A female body was found just before 4 p.m. Tuesday on the 9500 block of North Loop in the desert behind a business and close to the canal.
The deceased was covered by dirt, brush, and was decomposed. The identity of the victim and the cause of death are pending an autopsy.
