El Paso Police Ask Public for Help Locating Missing Woman

The El Paso Police Department received information that 46 year old Linda Thompson Morton had been missing since April 27, 2011.

Police have learned that Morton recently came to El Paso to visit from the state of Virginia. Morton suffers from short term memory loss and has visible motor skill impairment.

Morton left the residence in the 4800 block of Maxwell without taking any of her belongings with her. Morton is required to take medication for a medical condition however it is believed she has not had access to that medicine since her disappearance.

Morton had only been in El Paso for 4 days prior to being reported as missing. Due to the health concerns and the fact that she is unfamiliar with the El Paso area, Police are asking for the public?s assistance in locating Morton.

If anyone has seen or knows the whereabouts of Linda Thompson Morton they are asked to contact police at 915-832-4400.
