Police: Man Accused Of 4th DWI Nearly Struck Border Agents
An intoxicated man driving a green Ford Ranger nearly struck two Border Patrol agents before driving erratically in circles early Thursday on the 9700 block of Plaza Circle, police said.
Alexander Garcia was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated — third or more.
Police said the 41-year-old Garcia, of the 8900 block of Teodoso Street, had convictions for DWI in 1997, 2003 and 2008.
Garcia was booked into the El Paso County Jail, with bond was set at $2,500.
