Police: Man Dies Following Early Morning Bar Fight
El Paso Police tell ABC-7 a man was found unconscious and later died following a bar fight in El Paso’s lower valley early Saturday morning.
Investigators said around 1:35 a.m., a driver was pulled over on the 7300 block of Dale Road after officers spotted the man driving “erratically.”
Police said they learned the driver had just been involved in a fight at Castillo’s Bar about a block away on North Loop Drive.
Upon arrival at the bar, officers said they found a man, believed to have been a part of the altercation, unresponsive.
That man was taken to the hospital where he died, according to investigators.
Police said a cause of death has not been determined and no one has been arrested at this point.
