WESTSIDE POLICE CHARGE MAN WITH HEROIN

El Paso, Texas – Officers from the El Paso Police Department’s Westside Patrol have arrested and charged a 56-year old male with Possession of Controlled Substance (Heroin). The investigation revealed that Westside officers saw Eleodoro SANCHEZ on the side of a business in the 6300 block of Doniphan Tuesday, 10-11-2011 at 4:35 p.m.

Further investigation revealed that SANCHEZ had five (5) outstanding Municipal Warrants and was in possession of a hypodermic syringe that contained Heroin. SANCHEZ was placed under arrest for the five outstanding Municipal Court Warrants and Possession of Controlled Substance (Heroin). He was booked into El Paso County Jail on bonds totaling $4,202.00.
