Dine-And-Dash Leads To Arrest At Northeast Restaurant

Three people have been arrested and charged with theft of food services at a northeast Applebee’s on Thursday afternoon, according to police.

Police said Derrick Smith, 38, Lachreasha Beckley, 32, and Mark Salcido, 39, racked up a $118.26 tab at the Applebee’s located at 4700 Woodrow Bean Road and left without paying.

All three suspects were caught a short distance away from the restaurant.

Smith was charged with theft and failure to identify and booked on a $8,250 bond. Beckley was charged with theft and booked on a $5,000 bond. Salcido was charged on theft and probation violation with bonds totaling $12,500.

All three suspects were booked into the El Paso County Jail.
