A disturbance will pass north of us this afternoon and weekend, causing breezy to windy conditions along with much warmer temperatures.

Temperatures will stay 5-7 degrees above normal today through Monday with highs in the low 70s.

On Monday, a chance for rain returns, but only at 10%.

Today, mostly sunny and breezy with a high of 72. Lows tonight will stay near 50.
