This week?s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is sought for a Sexual Assault that took place in West El Paso County, TX. The target is CARLOS MATA (31) of El Paso, TX.

NOVEMBER 2010 Just over a year ago, on 11-24-10 a Female Victim (in her 30?s) was sexually assaulted after attending a gathering at a residence in El Paso?s Upper Valley. The assailant was later identified as CARLOS MATA .

Charges have since been filed & MATA is now wanted for the offense of SEXUAL ASSAULT.

CARLOS MATA knows he is wanted & is on the run eluding capture. It is believed he remains in the Borderland area of El Paso County, Texas or Las Cruces, New Mexico hiding with friends or relatives. It is also said he frequents the Anthony TX / NM areas.
