NUMBER-ONE CAMPAIGN FOCUS: To have input in school funding and help decide what will benefit and maximize our students, teachers and the community’s potential.
WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM YOUR OPPONENTS? I grew up in the District 7 community and attended DVHS , I feel the ties I have and my continous involvement in the community throughout the years sets me apart.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE THAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THE POSITION YOU SEEK: I have been in the car buisness and management over the last 12 years and have been priviledged to work for two great organizations in that span. The training I have recieved over the years in making team decisions ie. advertising, finances, hiring, customer service, sponsoring organizations, etc I believe will help me if I am elected.

DESCRIBE A MOMENT THAT CHANGED YOUR LIFE: I guess alot of people would say this, but the day both my children were born would be a moment my life changed, everything we do as parents we do for our children. We all want and strive for our children to be better than we ourselves are, we want them to be more educated , better human beings , and for us to give them every avenue possible to reach their goals.
IN WHAT WAYS ARE EL PASO SCHOOLS ON THE RIGHT TRACK, AND IN WHAT WAYS DO THEY NEED TO CHANGE COURSE? I believe that YISD is already doing a great job in maximizing our students potential, but i also believe there is always room for improvement in all aspects so I look forward in working to see in what areas they can improve on.
IF ELECTED, HOW WILL YOU BALANCE THE NEEDS OF FAMILY, YOUR CAREER AND YOUR OFFICE? I dont think it will be a problem at all in balancing these needs , our Owner Matt Neeesen is a big advocate of spending time with family and he provides all his employees with a great schedule in order for us to to that. My kids are involved in tons of sports and activities and I have never had any problems attending any of their games, competitions or performances. I have support from my owner in the office I seek.
WHEN AND WHY DID YOU COME TO EL PASO (IF APPLICABLE)? My Parents moved to El Paso from Los Angeles back in 1981. My parents decided to move here to El Paso because they wanted a better life for myself and two brothers, we were growing up in a gang infested neighborhood in the Lincoln Heights area of Los Angeles.
