ABC-7 StormTrack Weather: Below average, windy

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Temperatures today will once again be below average. They will accompany breezy to low-end windy conditions.

Temperature highs will be cooler today than yesterday. They will run about ten degrees below average throughout the region. El Paso is expected to reach 74. Las Cruces is expected to reach a high of 70.

We will see breezy patterns by midmorning with light winds early afternoon.

A slim 10% chance for rain still exists for the region.
