El Paso Police looking for clues to dead body found on I-10
El Paso Police continue to piece together clues in the death of a person found on I-10 early Thursday morning in West El Paso.
The dismembered body was discovered about 5 a.m. On the westbound lanes of I-10 between Porfirio Diaz and Schuster. That stretch of highway was closed for several hours.
Police were initially called out after reports of debris on the roadway, but officers soon discovered that it was a body.Investigators have not said whether the person killed was a man or a woman.
Police also are trying to determine if the person was walking or a passenger in a vehicle.
