Downtown El Paso lagartos sculpture removed for refurbishing
The iconic “lagartos” or alligators sculpture Downtown has been removed – but only temporarily.
The Luis Jimenez artwork will be shipped to Ohio for restoration and it will return once the San Jacinto redesign is complete next year.
