New Hampshire man wanted for aggravated sexual assault of underage girl could be in El Paso area
U.S. Marshals are searching for Carlos Bolieiro, 51, of Hooksett, New Hampshire who is believed to be in the El Paso, Texas/Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico area.
Bolieiro is wanted by the Hooksett Police Department in the state of New Hamshire for aggravated felonious sexual assault. Authorities believe that Bolieriro may be trying to travel by land to South America.
On September 9, 2013, the Merrimack Superior Court in New Hampshire issued a warrant for Bolieiro’s arrest for the charge of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Authorities allege that Bolieiro knowingly engaged in a pattern of sexual assault of sexual penetration with a female juvenile under the age of 16 on more than one occasion. Bolieiro’s, a U.S. citizen, first language is Portuguese.
Bolieiro speaks English with an accent and does not speak Spanish. Authorities have developed information that Bolieiro, because of his Portuguese language skills, is attempting to travel to Brazil in South America by land.
In early September 2013, the juvenile made an outcry to her mother who confronted Bolieiro and then contacted authorities. Bolieiro quickly fled New Hampshire to avoid being arrested. Bolieiro is 5’08” and weighs approximately 180 lbs. and has a multitude of tattoos.
