Snow falls on the Franklin Mountains

Saturday weather was cold and windy. The ABC-7 Stormtrack Weather team issued a first alert on Wednesday .

The borderland areas were expecting rain, but some areas even saw a little snow. The Franklin Mountains in Northeast El Paso were lightly dusted.
