El Paso Police make arrest in South El Paso park homicide
The El Paso Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit arrested 51-year-old Iram Maynez Rios in connection with a homicide near a building in Washington Park on the morning of Sept. 11.
Rios has been charged with murder and was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $400,000 bond.
The investigation continues and the identity of the deceased victim will be released upon confirmation of notification of next-of-kin.
