Semi crashes on I-10 East at Cotton Exit
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Police are on the scene of a crash on I-10 East just before the Cotton Exit. A semi-truck appears to have jackknifed and is blocking several lanes.
According to police and the Texas Department of Transportation, the crash happened a little after 2 a.m. All lanes are closed until further notice.
