El Paso Sports Commission: 2014 C-USA Tourneys did not lose money; expects to bid for tourney again

The El Paso Sports Commission is still in the process of finalizing the financial reconciliation for the 2014 Conference USA Championships but it is expected to be completed by this upcoming week.

Brian Kennedy, president and CEO of El Paso Sports Commission, said that the 2014 C-USA Tournaments did not lose money.

Kennedy said he expects the sports commission will put in a bid to host the 2015 or 2016 C-USA Tournaments.

Kennedy added that C-USA officials were happy with the job El Paso did hosting and that they thought the support in El Paso was great.
