TRAFFIC ALERT: I-10 to close Sunday in both directions

Expect a complete closure of I-10 on Sunday.

TXDOT plans to close the interstate in both directions.

Westbound traffic will be forced to exit at the Porfirio Diaz ramp and will be able to re-enter at the Schuster entrance ramp.

Eastbound traffic will have to exit at Sunland Park and will have to use Paisano to re-enter I-10. Drivers will have to use the US-54 ramp.

Construction crews will set deck panels and remove portions of the Yandell Bridge.
