Car plunges into canal
El Paso Police officers along with railroad police were busy Saturday morning trying to figure out how this car got into the middle of this concrete canal underneath the Paisano overpass near El Paso Drive.
At this time, officers know that no one was injured, whomever was driving the vehicle fled the scene leaving the car in the canal.
