Military Monday: Honoring SFC Carl Vigil

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- ABC-7 is saluting the men and women of our armed forces and our veterans with Military Monday.

Today we are recognizing Military Monday: Honoring Carl Vigil

Vigil served in the U.S. Army.

Vigil will reach 15 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Army. This August he plans to retire after 20 years of service.
