El Paso, TX (KVIA-TV)-United Way of El Paso County and the Paso del Norte Health Foundation are partnering to strengthen the nonprofit sector and establish more robust boards across the Paso del Norte area. The training series offered by the PDN board is intended for the purpose of developing nonprofit leaders as well as the wider community workforce.

2026 Fall Board Training Series

• September 8: Essential Functions of a Board: Roles & Responsibilities — Stanton Tower Auditorium
• September 22: Ethical Decision Making — Stanton Tower Auditorium
• October 6: Financial Oversight — Stanton Tower Auditorium
• October 20: Fundraising Fundamentals — Stanton Tower Auditorium
