Early morning accident sends one to hospital
A pedestrian was hit be a vehicle early Sunday morning, officials said.
The collision happened around 1:30 a.m., near the intersection of McCutcheon and Doniphan.
Officials said one person was transported to an area hospital.
The scene was cleared quickly. Police dispatch told ABC-7 the driver of the vehicle was caught a short distance from the scene.
No additional information on the incident was immediately available.
