Swat Situation in Northeast El Paso

Police shutdown a portion of Fred Wilson near Alabama at around 11:40 Monday night.

Police and SWAT teams were on the scene for several hours before clearing out at around 1:00 on Tuesday morning.

We are still working with police to get more information on the incident, and will update the story with more details when they become available.
