UTEP breaks enrollment record

There’s a record number of students getting their education at this UTEP this year.

For the first time in its 99 year history, the university has surpassed the 23,000 student mark WITH 23,300 students. That’s up from the nearly 22,800 that set last year’s record.

School officials said the growth is a result of years of outreach to neighboring school districts and positive national publicity.
