Here’s what’s cancelled due to weather and what is still going on
Cancelled/closed early: Rain in the El Paso and southern New Mexico area is causing events to be cancelled.
Today’s Alfresco! Fridays in Downtown El Paso and Movies in the Canyon at McKelligon Canyon have been cancelled because of rain.
Carlsbad Caverns National Park closed early Friday due to potential flash flooding as a result of continuous rainfall.
The park will reopen as soon as weather permits and roads are safe to travel. Please check our general information line (575-785-2232) for updates for opening times for the weekend.
