Driver reportedly fires weapon after car crash in Lower Valley
Police are on the scene of a “shots fired” call in the Lower Valley at Castner and Kastrin.
ABC-7’s photographer on the scene was told by police that it started as a crash between two vehicles.
A driver then got out of a car and fired a weapon.
No injuries were reported.
