Man found unconscious downtown

Two people called El Paso police after they found a man unconscious in downtown El Paso early Tuesday morning.

The incident was reported just after midnight on Oregon Street near Mills Avenue.

Police told our Round’ the Clock news team that witnesses found the man with bruises and broken bones.

Investigators are trying to determine if he was hit by a car or if he jumped from a building.

There is no word on his condition.
